All just felt difficult. Upcharge potential at check in, upcharge potential at checkout, upcharge for an additional guest. Many lights were out in the apartment when we arrived. They were fixed but it was frustrating for the price. Check out at 10 AM and check in at 5 PM also we’re just difficult. There were signs of wear and tear in the apartment that were not present in the photos. Beautiful place and location, but we won’t stay here again. Not a good experience for the price.
The apartment was close to perfect (view, spacious, clean) except for one glaring omission.....NO ELEVATOR. I live in AZ and climb mountains and this was even too much for me. Not only are there six flights, they are steep and narrow. What is not mentioned is that when you reach the sixth floor you enter the unit to ANOTHER set of stairs (17 steps) to get to main floor. This place is not safe for toddlers or elderly...39 steps! The ad should be revised immediately indicating no elevator and guests should receive some sort of compensation for false advertising.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
