Was a disappointing stay overall. Photos make it look like a recently renovated apartment but it's very tired and in need of a lot of maintenance. Many power outlets are not secure to the wall properly which is a safety hazard. Kitchen is not really functional other than serving up take-out but perhaps that's what most clients want. Nowhere to put your shampoo, soap etc in the shower other than the floor. Check in and out times are unreasonable (although they are advertised during booking). Window air conditioners installed very poorly with large gaps with a clear view outside through them. "Early" check in fee of $50 gets you what I would think is a normal check in time. Location was ok and host was very responsive. However, all in all, I would not stay with them again.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
