We had communication issues with the host – he accused us of throwing parties (which we never did) and refused to call to clear things up. He even tried to kick us out twice with no concrete evidence. Our next door neighbors were extremely noisy into late hours of the night with stomping and yelling, but we were the ones who received a noise complaint when we never made any loud noises past the designated quiet hours. When we tried to communicate all of these issues to the host, he was hard to reach and never seemed to try to understand our situation. Instead, he wrote back with lots of attitude and we felt overall very disrespected and unheard.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
