I have been using airbnb since 5 years and never had a bad experience, but this place made it happen. It was a painful experience. The location is great but the building door gave a hard time to unclock everytime. And when I tried to call the host they didn’t response. My parents who are 60+ had difficulty getting in. The building doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are never ending so having too many or heavy bags uis a bad option. The living room doesn’t have AC or Heater. The check-in and check-out times are odd. Overall not a good experience.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
