My girlfriend and I was excited for our weekend stay in Boston. However, the check-in experience was very unpleasant! It took us 1,5 hours to get into the unit, because the lockbox system wasn’t setup properly. The host took long between messages, didn’t update much and ended up being very confusing as one person from their team was saying one thing over the chat and another person said something different over the phone… The unit itself was nice so it was very unfortunate that the experience had to be ruined by the check-in experience along with the hosts bad communication.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
