Our unit has heating problem, but they said there were portable heater which is not suitable for heating the whole unit. So my wife got cold during the night. They asked us to move to another unit but that unit also had a plumbing problem. So we moved out to another hotel. I asked a full refund of this staying.
Been using Airbnb for 10 years and this is the worst experience ever. Checked in at 5pm and figured out they didn’t clean at all after the last group of guests. After communicating with the owner, they admitted that they forgot to send the cleaning person that day and asked me to wait for the cleaning team to come. Ended up waiting for 30 mins for them to come and 1.5 hours to clean the place. Right before I thought everything is ok, I figured their cleaning person took my charger with them… which according to the owner was: “ mistakenly taken”. So I ended up waited for another hour for them to come back. When everything was set, it was already 8:30 pm and all my evening plans were ruined. The owner refused to refund me the cleaning fee right away, I had to wait until Monday for their team to release the fund. Also the phone number they put on Airbnb is a fake number so you are not able to reach out to them ever by the phone number. The only good thing was the location is perfect!
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
