The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with convenient transportation, just a short walk from the station and metro. Check-in instructions were clear, and the host responded promptly. However, the cleanliness could be improved — we noticed some leftover trash from the previous guest, a used fork in the sink, and a few hairs on the sheets and bathroom mat. The host kindly offered to arrange additional cleaning, but we declined as we preferred to have privacy during our stay. Overall, it’s a convenient and affordable place to stay, but the cleanliness standard could be better.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
