Location was great, living conditions were not. Didn’t stay inside long due to this. Positive: Location Negative: It was loud, not clean. Only given 2 fresh towels for a 4 day stay. No directions on how to utilize laundry. No extra sheets. Food was frozen in the refrigerator. The shower was not clean. Coffee maker and no coffee.
The location was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and convenient. However, my experience was negatively affected by a couple of serious issues. First, the bed sheets were not clean and had an unpleasant smell — a basic standard that should never be overlooked. Even worse, on my last day, there was no running water in the unit for nearly half the day. I had to leave the property and use a public restroom, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering I paid to have access to full amenities.
I chose this place based on their ratings. Firstly, it is EXTREMELY noisy. You hear everything and everyone on the complex. Front door slams loudly that not even ear plugs helped. It was the worse noise level at any place I have ever stayed at in Boston. They advertised as a healing home for sick people, there is absolutely no resting at this place. Noise level is insane and it went past 1 am for the entirety of my stay. Secondly, place is in need of maintenance and tlc. I had no cold water from the bathroom sink at all since the valve was stuck. Sink faucet was loose and so was the bathroom outlet exposing all the wiring behind the outlet. Thirdly, no microwave. It would have been so nice if there was one in the kitchen. Wished I had noticed that before I booked. Lastly, there was nothing that stood out to me as special. All towels and linen are just average quality. The mattress needs to be replaced. I cannot in good conscience stay here again. Am exhausted from my stay there
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
