There was black mold on the ceiling of the bedroom. They were responsive and cooperative with our situation and understood our having to cancel because black mold is not something that can be resolved on one day. However, the bathroom looked clean on the surface, but there was hair on the floor of the bathroom and when I went to clean it up, the paper towels were black. The sink the bathroom was not on securely and was wobbly. There was definitely moisture in the air and it could use a dehumidifier. You can tell that the building needs maintenance.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
