  • No value the money we paid. Unit was unfinished and had cheap, dirty furniture and the chinsiest of materials like TP and soap. Light bulbs missing.AC didn’t work and they didn’t show up to fix it. We do not recommend.

Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe, Unclean, and Not Worth $3,900 I spent $3,900 for a six-day stay — over $650 per night — which included an extra $50 just to check in at 2 PM (standard check-in wasn’t until 5 PM, and checkout was an unreasonably early 10 AM). I had previously raised concerns about the check-in/check-out times and noise, not because I expected silence (this is the city), but to flag how poorly the entire experience was managed. The real issues went far beyond noise. The apartment was in shocking condition: • Filthy carpets with nails sticking out • Mold visibly growing from the air conditioning units • Part of the ceiling had fallen and was taped back up • We were given only two small towels • limited or no supplies S advertised -broken door - had to have repaired - no hot water in the bathroom sink faucet. Avoid this listing. It’s overpriced, unsanitary, unsafe, and managed with little care or professionalism

  • For the money…just get a hotel. The apartment is a 3 story walk up so if you have stroller age children or are older, it’s a hassle. The apartment itself is old and worn though the furniture is newer. There is evidence of ongoing water leakage involving the kitchen ceiling and the drywall has been replaced but never painted. From old reviews it appears that dates back to 2021. The paint in the master is peeling off the walls and all the carpeting is stained and worn. The linens are clean but the bed frames rickety. There are exposed wires hanging out of some book shelves. There are window air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom windows which leak a fair amount of cold/warm air into the unit and overall it is very noisy whether from the neighbors and the thin walls or from Comm Ave. The apartment is generally unclean and for the money you’re paying it just doesn’t feel worth it. Get a hotel. You’ll be happier.

Check-in is very late at 5pm, check-out is 10am. Great location but not good value.
